What You’ll Need to Submit:

To give you the most accurate quote, please include:

  • ✅ Your design or logo file (PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS, or any high-res format)
  • ✅ Size requirements (e.g., 3.5″ wide for left chest)
  • ✅ Embroidery placement (left chest, cap front, back, jacket, etc.)
  • ✅ Preferred file format (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, HUS, VP3, VIP and more)
  • ✅ Fabric type (cotton, polyester, hat, jacket, towel, etc.)
  • ✅ Any special instructions (e.g., 3D puff, applique, small lettering, etc.)

 

What Happens Next?

  1. We review your design and send a personalized quote.
  2. Once the order placed, we start digitizing.
  3. You’ll receive your machine-ready file within 12–24 hours, or even sooner with rush service.
